The calendar builds itself from the bookings you already loaded
The operational calendar of the management software for travel agencies.
Every flight, every check-in and every expiry date in the agency lands on the month without anyone entering it twice. And when a colleague edits a booking, the screen refreshes on its own.
Everything with a date on it, in a single month
Eleven event types derived from your bookings, plus the ones you add yourself.
Three views for three different questions
Month for the overview, with a side panel showing the detail of the day you pick. Week to see the order of things, with an all-day band on top and the hourly strip below. Agenda to read the month as a list, grouped day by day.
- Month, Week and Agenda
- Side panel for the selected day
- A Departures today section always at hand
Events come from the bookings, not from separate data entry
Eleven event types are derived from what you already loaded: flight departure and arrival, hotel check-in and check-out, booking expiry, insurance start and end, transfer, and allotment departure, return and expiry. Fix a date on the booking and the event moves with it. And when you need something that doesn't come from a booking, like a meeting or an internal reminder, you create your own event and the whole agency sees it.
- Flight departure and arrival
- Hotel check-in and check-out
- Allotment departure, return and expiry
Every event takes you to its booking
The card is more than a date: it carries the booking status with its colour, the reference number and the holder's name. Below that it changes per service, with the airport chain on a flight, the property name on a check-in, origin and destination on a transfer, the policy on an insurance. One tap opens the booking.
- Status and reference on the card
- Holder always visible
- One tap opens the booking
Filter by service, by status or by holder
The Services chips narrow it down to Flights, Accommodation, Transfers, Insurance or Allotments, and they combine. The Status chips are built from the booking statuses your agency defined, with their colours. And the search box finds by holder name or reference number.
- Flights, Accommodation, Transfers, Insurance and Allotments
- Your agency's own statuses
- Search by holder or reference
It refreshes on its own while you have it open
If a colleague saves a booking, moves a date or adds an event while your calendar is open, the screen refreshes by itself. No reloading and no navigating away to see the change, and each agency only ever receives its own.
- No page reload
- Changes from the whole team
- Isolated per agency
What expires, before it expires
Allotment and accommodation expiry dates are highlighted, with a count of how many fall due this month and how many days are left on each. On the Home screen, Upcoming expirations gathers what falls within the next fourteen days along with the operator's booking code, the destination and a WhatsApp button to message the holder in one tap.
- Count of what is about to expire
- A 14-day window on Home
- WhatsApp the holder in one tap
Frequently asked questions
The calendar in Tripwise
What we get asked most about dates and warnings.
No. The Tripwise calendar lives inside Tripwise: it does not produce .ics files, it cannot be subscribed to from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and it does not publish a shareable link for anyone outside. It is a working screen for the team, not a calendar that syncs to your devices.
Not the booking ones. Departures, returns, check-ins, check-outs, transfers, insurance validity and expiry dates appear on their own from what you already loaded on each booking, and if you fix a date the event moves with it. Separately you can create your own events, which are entered by hand, with a title, description, a time or all-day, and the whole agency sees them.
It depends what. There is a push and email warning when a trip is coming up, fourteen, seven, three and one day before, to the booking's seller and approver; and when a travelling passenger's document is about to expire, sixty, thirty, fifteen and seven days before, to the seller. Allotment and accommodation expiry dates, by contrast, are visual: you see them on the calendar and under Upcoming expirations on Home, but they do not trigger a notification.
Yes. The calendar shows the whole agency's operation, not just your own bookings, which is exactly what lets you see who departs tomorrow or what expires this week regardless of who loaded it. Editing and deleting a booking, on the other hand, is limited to your own.
No. Your own event has a title, a description, dates and an all-day option, and nothing else. There is no recurrence, no guests, no assigned owner, no colour or category, no file attachments and no dragging it to another day. There are no private events either: whatever you add, the rest of the agency sees.
