Alerts and reminders

Check-in reminders arrive on their own, 24 hours before every flight

The alerts and reminders of the management software for travel agencies.

Check-in, upcoming trips, expiring documents, installments due and whatever happens on each booking. It reaches whoever has to act, by push, by email and in the bell.

Every alert, to the person who has to do something

Reminders built from what you already loaded, and alerts about what the team does.

Check-in, leg by leg

When a leg is 24 hours from departure, in the airport's local time, the booking's seller and approver get the check-in reminder: one per leg and per airline booking code. If the flight is loaded or changed later than that, the reminder still goes out as long as more than two hours remain. The email carries the passengers and the flight details, with the itinerary segment by segment when there are layovers.

  • 24 h before, in airport time
  • One per leg and booking code
  • Passengers and flight in the email

The trip that is coming up

Fourteen, seven, three and one day before the trip starts, the seller and the approver get an alert. If the trip begins with a flight, the check-in reminder takes the place of the one-day alert.

  • 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before
  • No duplicate with check-in
  • Seller and approver

Expiring documents of traveling passengers

If the passport, visa or ID card of a passenger with a trip ahead is about to expire, the booking's seller gets an alert sixty, thirty, fifteen and seven days before.

  • 60, 30, 15 and 7 days before
  • Only passengers with a trip ahead
  • To the booking's seller
