VAT books

Sales and purchases VAT books, ready for ARCA's Libro IVA Digital

The VAT books of the management software for travel agencies.

The invoices you issue build the sales VAT book. Your suppliers' invoices come in as a photo or a PDF: AI reads them, ARCA verifies them and at month end you download the TXT to import into ARCA's Portal IVA.

From the voucher to the TXT, without a spreadsheet

What your accountant needs for VAT, organized month by month.

The sales VAT book, built from what you invoiced

The vouchers you issue from Tripwise make up the book. You filter by period, type, letter, point of sale and currency, and on top you see the output VAT, the taxable net, the non-taxable and exempt amounts, and the total invoiced.

  • Filters by period, letter and point of sale
  • Output VAT
  • Non-taxable and exempt apart

The purchases VAT book, with input VAT credit

Your suppliers' invoices show VAT per rate, perceptions and other taxes, and the input VAT credit you can claim. If your accountant prorates the credit, you pick the same option they use at ARCA in the company settings.

  • VAT per rate
  • Perceptions and other taxes
  • Input VAT credit proration

Purchase invoices load themselves

You upload the invoice's PDF or photo and AI reads the supplier, the date, the number and the amounts; you can upload up to 50 files at a time. On a phone, Take photo merges 2 to 5 photos of the same invoice into one PDF. Then you go through the queue with Confirm and next, and you can still add an invoice by hand.

  • PDF or photo, read with AI
  • Up to 50 files at a time
  • Review with Confirm and next

Verification with ARCA

Every purchase voucher is checked against ARCA with the voucher verification service (WSCDC), and the date it was checked is kept. The status shows on the list, Verified, Flagged or Not checked, and you can filter by it before exporting.

  • WSCDC verification
  • Verified, Flagged or Not checked
  • ARCA check filter

The TXT for Libro IVA Digital

For VAT-registered agencies, each calendar month exports in ARCA's format (RG 4597), ready to import into the Portal IVA; we tested it by importing it into the real Portal IVA. You can also export the book to Excel and PDF for your accountant.

  • TXT per month (RG 4597)
  • Tested in the Portal IVA
  • Excel and PDF

Useful on Monotributo too

You see your purchases VAT book to keep track of expenses with a voucher and the VAT you were invoiced, month by month.

  • Expenses with a voucher
  • Invoiced VAT in view
  • Excel and PDF for your accountant

VAT books in Tripwise
