The latest in the management software for travel agencies.
Every improvement that reaches the platform, with its date and the page that explains it in detail.
October 2026
- New
Cash flow: the agency's money, account by account
Cash, bank, wallet and card accounts with their balance per currency, movements that read like a bank statement and the net position with passengers and operators. The agency's expenses are now recorded here.
- Improved
The agency fee is now optional
A booking with no fee saves and invoices just the same, and the initial setup no longer asks for one. If you use it, you pick it from your catalog: a percentage or an amount per passenger.
- New
Test invoices against ARCA's homologation
Before issuing a real invoice you can issue a test one against ARCA's homologation environment: the PDF comes out watermarked and nothing is saved. The Production and Homologation certificates can be active at the same time.
- New
A payment receipt for every collection
Every payment can carry its payment receipt, a non-fiscal document naming the passenger who paid. You download, email or share it, and if a printed detail changes a new one is issued and the previous one is voided.
September 2026
- New
Cruise bookings
A new booking type, Cruise, with one or more cruises per booking: cruise line, ship, ports and departure and arrival dates, and whether drinks, tips or insurance are included. Departure and arrival show on the calendar, and AI reads the cruise confirmation.
- New
Sales and purchases VAT books, with the TXT for Libro IVA Digital
The invoices you issue and your suppliers' build both books, with output and input VAT, perceptions and proration. Each month exports ARCA's TXT (RG 4597), plus Excel and PDF.
- New
Supplier invoices with AI, from a photo
Upload the PDF or photo of a purchase invoice and AI loads it; on a phone, 2 to 5 photos are merged into one PDF. Every voucher is verified with ARCA and goes through a review queue before you confirm it.
- Improved
AI imports: a monthly quota and packs
Every plan includes a monthly AI import quota (40, 60 or 150), shared by bookings and purchase invoices. A read that fails is not counted, and if you run short you buy packs of 50 or 200 that never expire.
- New
Check-in reminder, 24 hours before every flight
The booking's seller and approver get an alert by push, by email and in the bell when a leg is 24 hours from departure, in the airport's local time. The email carries the passengers and the flight.
- Improved
Excursions on the calendar
Every excursion loaded in a booking shows on the calendar on the day it happens, with its own filter, and takes you to the booking in one click.
- Improved
Hotels with the trip's dates
Accommodation is picked from the hotels the agency has already loaded, and the first one takes its check-in and check-out from the flights, even on multi-leg trips. If the flights change later, the dates follow them as long as you have not edited them.
- Improved
Two-step ARCA invoicing, with your logo
Before issuing you see the split into non-taxable, taxable net and VAT, component by component, and credit and debit notes follow the same split. The PDF carries the agency's logo and color, and A invoices can go to Monotributo recipients.
- Improved
Booking profit, net of VAT
For VAT-registered agencies, Finances splits the 21% VAT out of each booking's profit. The net profit is the figure the agency dashboard and the sellers' commissions use.

- Improved
Booking comments, like a chat
The team's comment thread reads like a conversation, with messages grouped by person and by day, a color per author, replies and one reaction per message.
- Improved
Passengers: expired documents in plain sight
The Documents filter lists passengers with an expired or expiring document, and the passenger card flags it with a banner so it doesn't slip past you before the trip.
- New
Installment payment plans
Set up a plan per group and per currency, with equal or custom installments and due dates on the first or last business day of the month. Installments show on the calendar and the administration team gets a reminder before each due date.
- Improved
Collections is now Administration
The collections and operator-payments screen is now called Administration: the balance to collect comes first, the collect, invoice, pay and plan buttons are in view, and it filters by pending collection, payment and invoicing.
August 2026
- Improved
The agency dashboard, live and in the currency you pick
Indicators update on their own while the team works and are read in dollars or in pesos, one currency at a time. The trend now shows profit.
