How the month is going, without building the report by hand
The performance dashboard of the management software for travel agencies.
Five indicators for the period, your team's leaderboard, the sales trend and the destinations and operators you move the most. All per currency, with pesos and dollars never mixed.
The period's numbers, already cross-referenced
What you sold, what you kept, and who brought it in.
Five indicators, each one per currency
Gross sales, gross profit, seller commission, expenses and the number of bookings for the period. They come from the bookings you already loaded, with nobody consolidating anything, and cancelled bookings stay out of the count.
- Gross sales and profit
- Commissions and expenses
- Booking count
Compared with the previous period
With comparison switched on, each indicator shows how it is doing against the immediately preceding period of the same length: this month against last, this quarter against the one before. When there is no prior data to compare against, it says so instead of showing a misleading zero.
- Against the previous period
- Of the same length
- Says so when there is nothing to compare
Your team's leaderboard
One row per seller with their sales, gross profit, commission and booking count, and you can sort by any of the four. When someone sold in more than one currency, the amounts stack inside the same cell rather than being added together.
- Four sortable columns
- Amounts stacked per currency
- Split bookings counted by their share
The sales trend, drawn out
A line chart shows how sales moved within the period, by day, by week or by month depending on the range. Stretches with no sales are drawn at zero rather than skipped, so the curve doesn't misrepresent continuity.
- By day, week or month
- Empty stretches are drawn
- Charts the highest-selling currency
The destinations and operators you move most
Two ranked lists: the destinations with the most bookings in the period, and the operators with the most services loaded. They show where the operation concentrates and which wholesalers are worth negotiating with, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.
- Destinations with the most bookings
- Operators with the most services
- Ranked by the period's volume
A seller sees their own, and their rank without names
Anyone who is not Administrator or Supervisor opens the same screen and gets their own version: their sales, their commission and their bookings, plus the position they hold and which percentile of the team they are in. They never see colleagues' names or amounts, nor the agency's profit.
- My sales, my commission, my bookings
- Rank and percentile, without names
- No access to the agency's profit
Frequently asked questions
The agency dashboard in Tripwise
What we get asked most about the period's numbers.
No. The dashboard is read on screen and has no export: no Excel, no CSV, no PDF and no scheduled email. If you need the numbers somewhere else, right now they have to be copied by hand.
No. There are three periods: this month, this quarter and this year, always calendar-based. There is no free date picker, no last thirty days and no previous month. Nor can it be filtered by seller, branch, operator or destination: the only cut is the period.
No. The dashboard is calculated when you enter, refreshes on its own when you come back to the screen or change the period, and has a button to update it whenever you want. There is no permanent connection redrawing the indicators while someone loads a booking elsewhere. If a refresh fails, the last data stays on screen with a notice rather than the panel emptying out.
No. On entering they get their own version with their sales, their commission and their bookings, plus their standing on the team expressed as a position and a percentile. They reach neither the named leaderboard, nor the agency's profit, nor colleagues' amounts: the restriction is enforced on the server, not on the screen.
No. Each indicator carries one figure per currency and they are shown side by side, without conversion to a common currency. The trend chart, for readability, draws the period's highest-selling currency and states which one it is in the title.
