# Tripwise > Tripwise is internal management software (web SaaS) for travel agencies in Argentina. It centralizes bookings, passengers, alerts, collections, cash flow, commissions, operators, ARCA electronic invoicing and VAT books in one place. It is the administrative (back-office) tool travel agencies use to run their own operation. Updated: 2026-10-29 ## What it is - Product: management software for travel agencies (internal / back-office use). - Model: web SaaS, multi-company (multi-tenant), bilingual Spanish/English. - Market: Argentina (includes ARCA electronic invoicing, formerly AFIP, and the Libro IVA Digital TXT). - Who it is for: owners and staff of travel agencies (B2B). ## Positioning (what it replaces) - Compared with spreadsheets and Excel: Tripwise replaces scattered spreadsheets for bookings, collections, commissions and due dates with a single source of truth. Each booking's profit and the commissions are calculated automatically, with no parallel spreadsheets to sync by hand. - Alongside OTAs and travel search engines: an OTA sells trips to the end consumer, and Tripwise is the back-office tool an agency uses to administer its own sales (bookings, passengers, finances and invoicing). They complement each other. - Compared with a generic ERP: Tripwise is built around a travel agency's workflow, with bookings with passengers and flights, profit per service, collections and ARCA invoicing. ## Modules ### Operations - [Bookings](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/bookings): bookings of three types: Custom, Air + Land Allotment (hides flights, accommodations, transfers and circuits and adds the package's Details) and Cruise (one or more cruises with cruise line, ship, ports, dates and what is included). Services: flights in each airport's local time, accommodations (the hotel is picked from the ones the agency already loaded and the first one takes its dates from the flights), transfers, excursions, circuits (with the wholesaler and the operator at destination), vehicles and insurance, each with its operator, its currency (ARS or USD), its total to pay and its total to charge. Passengers with reusable documents, statuses, team comments with replies and reactions, and a bookings list that updates live. The agency loads the booking it made with its wholesaler, by hand or by importing the confirmation with AI. - [Air + Land Allotment](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/air-land-allotments): a dedicated booking type for the "cupo aeroterrestre": the closed air + land package an Argentine agency buys from a wholesaler. It is loaded as one unit (operator, reservation code, option expiry, accommodation, board basis, rooms, amounts) instead of itemizing flight, hotel and transfers; the editor hides those sections and the circuits one. Each booking stores its own complete package, in one row. - [Calendar](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/calendar): seventeen event types are derived from the bookings already loaded: flight departure and return, hotel check-in and check-out, booking expiry, insurance start and end, transfer, allotment departure, return and expiry, cruise departure and arrival, circuit start and end, excursion and installment due date. Month, Week and Agenda views, with nine service filters and filters by status. It refreshes live for the whole team. - [Alerts and reminders](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/notifications): check-in 24 h before every flight leg (per booking code, in the airport's local time, to the seller and the approver; the email carries the passengers and the flight); upcoming trip 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before (when the trip starts with a flight, check-in takes the place of the one-day alert); expiring document of a traveling passenger, 60, 30, 15 and 7 days before (to the seller); installment due 3 days before and on the due date (to Administrator, Supervisor and Costs); booking alerts (status, payment, approver, comments, replies, reactions); booking and AI import limits; ARCA certificate about to expire (30, 15, 7 and 1 day before). Channels: bell, push and email. It alerts the team to what others did, reaches the agency's active members, and trip, check-in and document reminders follow the bookings that are going ahead. Allotment and accommodation expiries show on the calendar and on Home. - [Passengers](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/passengers): a master database with one record per person, reused across all their bookings. It recognizes a passenger by their document, asks for confirmation when name and date of birth match, and blocks saving when identity fields change on an already linked profile. Each booking keeps its own copy of the details. ID card, passport and visa with expiry dates (CUIT, CUIL and CDI are stored as tax IDs) and a filter for expired or expiring documents. The record can be emailed to the passenger from their screen. ### Money - [Collections](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/collections): on the in-app Administration screen. An account per passenger group and per currency (total to charge, collected, invoiced, balance), installment payment plans with a reminder to the team before each due date, a payment receipt (non-fiscal) for every payment, cross-currency payments with the exchange rate and its source stored (Oficial, Blue, MEP or manual), operator payments, and a cap on what can be invoiced based on what was actually collected. - [Finance & commissions](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/finance-commissions): every service on the booking carries its total to pay the operator and its total to charge the passenger, and the profit is the difference; for VAT-registered (Responsable Inscripto) agencies it splits out the VAT (subtotal with VAT − VAT 21% = net profit). Optional agency fee (percentage or amount per passenger) and the seller's commission calculated on save. - [Seller commissions](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/seller-commissions): a rule per seller or a company default; percentage, fixed amount or fixed per passenger; profit or total-charged base; GRADUATED volume tiers (each rate applies only within its band, accumulated per currency over 12 months); splitting one booking across several sellers closing at 100%, each on their own rule; and a supervisor override stacked on top. The commission is frozen when the booking is saved. Each booking stores the amount, base and rate that were used. - [Multi-currency](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/multi-currency): ARS and USD, with a separate balance per currency. Cross-currency collections and payments across four rate sources (Oficial, Blue, MEP, Manual), storing source and date; the rate is frozen and kept on reopening. Invoicing in foreign currency uses ARCA's official rate, which may differ from the one collected at. Every movement records which dollar was used. - [Cash flow](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/cash-flow): the agency's accounts (Cash, Bank, Wallet, Card), each in a single currency with its opening balance. Passenger collections and operator payments recorded with their account; expenses and other movements in 9 categories. Summary per currency (Balance, Inflows, Outflows, balance evolution); Position = balance + receivable from passengers − payable to operators, with a bar separating operators' money from what is available. Movements like a bank statement (Credit / Debit / Balance) with filters, search and Excel and PDF export. Transfers and buying or selling currency between accounts. Visible to Administrator, Supervisor and Costs. Balances are squared with Shortage or Surplus adjustment movements. - [ARCA invoicing](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/arca-invoicing): electronic A, B and C invoices and credit and debit notes with ARCA (formerly AFIP), with the correct tax condition: the agency is VAT-registered or Monotributo, the recipient's VAT condition is required, and A invoices can be issued to Monotributo recipients (Law 27.618). Two-step issuing with a preview of the split (non-taxable, taxable net, VAT), per-component notes, an over-invoicing warning, the agency's logo and color on the PDF with ARCA's QR code, and test invoices against ARCA's homologation that save nothing. Only what was actually collected can be invoiced. - [VAT books](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/vat-books): Sales VAT book (vouchers issued from Tripwise, filtered by period, type, letter, point of sale and currency, with totals of output VAT, taxable net, non-taxable and exempt) and purchases VAT book (supplier invoices with VAT per rate, perceptions and other taxes, claimable input VAT credit and proration). Purchase invoices are added by hand or as PDFs and photos read by AI (up to 50 files at a time; on a phone, 2 to 5 photos merged into one PDF), go through a review queue and are verified with ARCA (WSCDC). Exports the monthly Libro IVA Digital TXT (RG 4597) for VAT-registered agencies, tested in the Portal IVA, plus Excel and PDF. The External accountant role opens only Finance, with both books, their exports, loading purchase invoices with AI and verifying them with ARCA; one accountant handles several agencies with their own user. ### Intelligence and control - [AI import](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/ai-import): reads the wholesaler's confirmation as a PDF or a photo (PNG, JPG, WebP; several files per booking, up to 20 MB each) and creates the booking, extracting passengers with their document, flights with layovers (outbound and return in a single booking), the airline locator, the operator's booking number, dates and costs; recognizes the operator and the airline by name; respects the booking type (Air + Land Allotment, Cruise). Parsing tuned for OLA and DELFOS; works with any operator's documents. Included on every plan with a monthly quota (40, 60 or 150, shared with purchase invoices); failed reads are not counted; packs of 50 and 200 imports that never expire. Uses Google Gemini. - [Entry requirements](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/entry-requirements): cross-references passenger nationality against the booking's destinations (37,056 combinations, 193 nationalities, 6 requirement types) and warns when a visa, e-visa, ETA or visa on arrival is required, when entry is refused, or when a passport is needed because the destination falls outside the Mercosur agreement. It is guidance: it covers tourism and short stays, and final confirmation comes from the consulate. - [Agency dashboard](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/agency-dashboard): five indicators (sales, profit, commission, expenses and bookings, canceled ones included) in the chosen currency, USD or ARS, one at a time; comparison against the previous period, a seller leaderboard with amounts kept apart per currency, profit trend and top destinations and operators. It updates live. For VAT-registered agencies the profit is net of VAT; expenses come from Cash flow. Three periods: this month, quarter and year. Sellers get their own scorecard with an anonymous rank. - [Change history](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/audit-trail): every save is recorded with who, when, which action (Created / Edited / Deleted) and the field-by-field detail with previous and new value. Seven entities have their own history: booking, collection, invoice, passenger, cash-flow movement, operator payment and calendar event; inside a booking every section is covered too. It is written by the database itself and survives the record's deletion. The window shows each record's last 50 saves. - [All modules](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/modules): an index of the 16 modules, grouped into Operations, Money, and Intelligence and control. - [Pricing](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/pricing): the four plans, their limits, the AI import quota, the packs and the add-ons. - [What's new](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog): what is new in the product, with its date and the page that explains it. - Operators: a catalog of operators and wholesalers; each service on the booking names its operator and what it is paid. - Extras: multi-company, branches, per-user roles and permissions (including External accountant, which opens only Finance), data isolated per agency and a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) at sign-in. ## Guides - [Guides](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides): Invoicing, VAT, cash and software for travel agencies, with official sources. - [How do you choose management software for a travel agency in Argentina?](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/choosing-travel-agency-software): Look for software built around an agency's workflow: it records each booking with its passengers and services, works out its profit, collects and pays in pesos and dollars, invoices with ARCA from the booking and keeps the VAT books ready. Then weigh role-based permissions, how bookings get loaded, a public price and a free trial. - [How do you keep a travel agency's cash in pesos and dollars?](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/cash-in-pesos-and-dollars): With one account for each cash box, bank or wallet and a single currency per account, never adding up converted balances. Each payment in and out goes to its account, and when a passenger pays a dollar debt in pesos, the exchange rate used is saved. That way you know how much of the cash belongs to operators. - [How does a travel agency invoice with ARCA (formerly AFIP)?](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/how-travel-agencies-invoice): With electronic invoices authorized by ARCA, whose letter depends on the tax status of the agency and of the customer: a VAT-registered agency issues A or B, and a Monotributo agency issues C. Every invoice reports the receiver's VAT status, and a VAT-registered agency's invoice separates the non-taxed part from the part taxed with VAT. - [What changed with the Libro IVA Digital, and how does a travel agency file VAT?](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/libro-iva-digital): A VAT-registered agency files VAT through IVA Simple, form F. 2051 in ARCA's Portal IVA, which comes pre-loaded with the invoices issued and received. The Libro de IVA Digital of RG 4597 now applies to VAT-exempt taxpayers. A Monotributo agency pays its monthly fee, which already includes the tax, and is outside VAT returns. - [How are a booking's profit, VAT and seller commission calculated?](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/booking-profit-vat-and-commissions): Profit is what the passenger is charged minus what the operators are paid, service by service and in each currency. At a VAT-registered agency that profit includes VAT: the net is the profit divided by 1.21. The seller's commission is worked out on the net profit or on the total, depending on the agency's rule. ## Comparison - [Excel spreadsheets or a management system for your travel agency?](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/tripwise-vs-excel): Excel is fine to start with: it is familiar, flexible and already on the computer. As the agency adds bookings, currencies, instalments and invoices, spreadsheets mean copying data by hand between files, and each booking's profit depends on home-made formulas. A management system connects the booking, the collection, the cash, the invoice and VAT. ## Pricing (USD per account, charged in pesos through Mercado Pago; 14-day trial with no card) - Every plan includes ALL features. What changes between plans is bookings per month, AI imports, team size and support. - Starter: USD 19/month (USD 190/year) — up to 15 bookings per month, 40 AI imports per month, 2 users, 1 company, standard support. - Professional: USD 49/month (USD 490/year) — up to 60 bookings per month, 60 AI imports per month, 5 users, 1 company, priority support. - Business: USD 89/month (USD 890/year) — up to 130 bookings per month, 150 AI imports per month, 10 users, 3 companies, priority support. - Enterprise: from USD 149/month (from USD 1490/year) — from 130 bookings per month, from 150 AI imports per month, custom users, custom companies, dedicated support. - Bookings per month = bookings created in the billing cycle, across every company on the account. Going over does not cut off the current cycle; to create new bookings in the next one, the account moves to a plan with more volume. - AI imports: the monthly quota is shared by the booking import and the purchase-invoice import, and a read that fails is not counted. One-off packs that never expire: 50 for USD 5 and 200 for USD 15. - Trial: 14 days on the Starter plan's limits with 20 AI imports, no card. - Extra user: USD 5/month; Extra company: USD 10/month. - The annual plan bills 10 months (2 months free), charged upfront. ## Recent updates - 2026-10-26 · [Each user, on one device at a time](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-26-una-sesion-por-usuario): If your user signs in on another device, the previous session closes and shows a notice with a button to change the password. You invite them from Configuration, they count as one more user on your plan and, if they handle several agencies, they switch between them with the same account. - 2026-10-19 · [Bot-protected sign-in](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-19-acceso-protegido-contra-bots): Sign-in, sign-up, password recovery and resending the confirmation email go through Cloudflare Turnstile's check. It stops automated password guessing and mass sending of access emails, and it almost always completes on its own, without picking images. - 2026-10-19 · [Your Tripwise invoice, straight into the purchases VAT book](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-19-factura-de-tripwise): Every payment of your subscription gets its electronic invoice: it arrives by email and loads itself into the company's purchases VAT book, already confirmed and with its PDF. Tripwise's credit and debit notes follow the same path. - 2026-10-13 · [Cash flow: the agency's money, account by account](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-13-flujo-de-caja): Cash, bank, wallet and card accounts with their balance per currency, movements that read like a bank statement and the net position with passengers and operators. The agency's expenses are now recorded here. - 2026-10-06 · [AI builds round trips with layovers as one booking](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-06-ia-ida-y-vuelta-con-escalas): AI booking import puts the outbound and return flights, with their layovers, in a single booking with every leg in place. From the wholesaler's confirmation it reads the airline locator and the operator's booking number, and recognizes the operator and the airline by name. - 2026-10-06 · [The agency fee is now optional](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-06-fee-opcional): A booking with no fee saves and invoices just the same, and the initial setup no longer asks for one. If you use it, you pick it from your catalog: a percentage or an amount per passenger. - 2026-10-01 · [Test invoices against ARCA's homologation](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/changelog#2026-10-01-factura-de-prueba): Before issuing a real invoice you can issue a test one against ARCA's homologation environment: the PDF comes out watermarked and nothing is saved. The Production and Homologation certificates can be active at the same time. ## Frequently asked questions - What is Tripwise? Tripwise is a management system (back-office software) for travel agencies in Argentina: bookings, passengers, collections, cash flow, commissions, ARCA electronic invoicing (formerly AFIP) and VAT books in one place. It is the one at www.tripwise.com.ar; travel apps and agencies that share the name are separate companies. - Can I import bookings from wholesaler PDFs? Yes. You upload your wholesaler's confirmation as a PDF or a photo and AI extracts passengers, flights and costs, creating the booking for you to just review. It's tuned for OLA and DELFOS documents and works with any operator's. It's included on every plan, with a monthly import quota. - What do I need to use it? A browser: it's 100% web. You sign in from any computer, with no installs or servers of your own. - Can I issue electronic invoices (ARCA)? Yes. You issue electronic A, B and C invoices with the correct tax condition, plus credit and debit notes, integrated into the booking flow. Before issuing you see the split into non-taxable, taxable net and VAT, and you can try a test invoice against homologation. - Does it handle the agency's cash and VAT books? Yes. Cash flow tracks the cash, bank, wallet and card accounts with their balance per currency, and the sales and purchases VAT books are built from your invoices and your suppliers', with the TXT for ARCA's Libro IVA Digital. - How does Tripwise work out each booking's profit? Every service carries what you pay the operator and what you charge the passenger, and the profit is the difference, with no parallel spreadsheets. If the agency is VAT-registered (Responsable Inscripto), the booking splits the VAT out of that profit. The agency fee is optional, and each seller's commission is calculated on its own when you save. - Can I run several agencies from one account? Yes. From the Business plan you manage up to 3 companies from a single account, with data isolated per agency (multi-tenant). Need more? Add companies for USD 10 per month. - Is my data secure? Yes. Each agency's data is isolated, with per-user roles and permissions and row-level security in the database. Sign-in, sign-up and password recovery go through Cloudflare Turnstile's bot check. - Can I try it for free? Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, with no card, on the Starter plan's limits and with 20 AI imports. Then you pick a plan, and change or cancel it whenever you like. Prices are in US dollars and charged in Argentine pesos through Mercado Pago. ## Glossary https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary - **A, B and C invoices** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#factura-a-b-c): The letters of an Argentine electronic invoice, set by the tax status of the issuer and of the receiver: a VAT-registered business issues A or B, and a Monotributo taxpayer issues C. The [invoicing guide](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/how-travel-agencies-invoice) explains which one each customer gets. - **Agency fee** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#fee-de-agencia): The agency's own charge on top of what the passenger pays, as a percentage or as an amount per passenger. In Tripwise it is optional and goes into the [booking's profit](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/finance-commissions). - **Air + land allotment (cupo aeroterrestre)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#cupo-aeroterrestre): A closed air and land package an agency buys from a wholesaler and sells as one unit, with its operator, its booking code and its option deadline. In Tripwise it is a [booking type of its own](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/air-land-allotments). - **ARCA (formerly AFIP)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#arca): The Agencia de Recaudación y Control Aduanero, Argentina's national tax and customs agency; it replaced AFIP. It authorizes electronic invoices and receives VAT returns. - **Booking profit** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#ganancia-de-la-reserva): What the agency charges the passenger minus what it pays each operator, service by service and in each currency. If the agency is VAT-registered, Tripwise shows it net of VAT. The [guide to profit, VAT and commission](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/booking-profit-vat-and-commissions) walks through an example. - **CAE** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#cae): The electronic authorization code (Código de Autorización Electrónico) ARCA assigns to an electronic invoice when it authorizes it. It is what makes the invoice valid, and it is printed on it with its expiry date. - **Credit note and debit note** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#nota-de-credito): Documents that correct an invoice already issued: a credit note takes off all or part of its amount and a debit note adds to it. They carry the same letter as the invoice they correct. - **Exchange rate (tipo de cambio)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#tipo-de-cambio): The rate used to convert a payment between pesos and dollars. In Tripwise you pick the source (Official, Blue, MEP or manual) and it is saved with its date ([Multi-currency](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/multi-currency)). - **Homologation (homologación)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#homologacion): ARCA's test environment for electronic invoicing: what is issued there has no tax effect and serves to check that everything works. Tripwise uses it for the test invoice ([ARCA invoicing](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/arca-invoicing)). - **IVA Simple (form F. 2051)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#iva-simple): ARCA's system for VAT-registered businesses to work out and file VAT in the Portal IVA (RG 5705/2025), with the invoices issued and received already pre-loaded. See [what changed with the Libro IVA Digital](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/libro-iva-digital). - **Libro de IVA Digital** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#libro-iva-digital): The electronic register of purchases and sales created by RG 4597. Since RG 5707/2025 it applies to VAT-exempt taxpayers; VAT-registered businesses file through [IVA Simple](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#iva-simple). - **Monotributo** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#monotributo): Argentina's simplified regime for small taxpayers: a single monthly payment covers taxes and contributions, and the taxpayer issues C invoices, which show the total with no VAT broken out. - **Net position** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#posicion-neta): The balance of the agency's accounts, plus what passengers still owe, minus what is still owed to operators, in each currency. It shows how much of the money on hand belongs to the agency ([Cash flow](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/cash-flow)). - **Non-taxed (no gravado)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#no-gravado): The part of an invoice's amount that VAT does not apply to. On a VAT-registered agency's invoice it generally covers the third-party services; Tripwise works out the split from the [booking's profit](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/guides/booking-profit-vat-and-commissions). - **Operator (operador)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#operador): The supplier the agency buys a service from: a wholesaler, a hotel, an airline or a local operator at the destination. Every service in a [booking](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/bookings) carries its operator and what is paid to it. - **Output and input VAT (débito y crédito fiscal)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#iva-debito-credito): The VAT on sales (output, débito fiscal) and on purchases (input, crédito fiscal). A VAT-registered business pays the difference between the two each period. - **Payment plan** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#plan-de-pagos): An agreement for the passenger to pay a booking in instalments, each with its due date. Tripwise alerts the team before each due date ([Collections](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/collections)). - **Payment receipt (Recibo de pago)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#recibo-de-pago): A non-fiscal document that records a payment and the passenger who made it. It carries the legend «DOCUMENTO NO VALIDO COMO FACTURA» (not valid as an invoice): the electronic invoice is issued separately, with ARCA ([Collections](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/collections)). - **Point of sale (punto de venta)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#punto-de-venta): The number that identifies each channel a taxpayer issues documents from in ARCA. Invoice numbers run consecutively within each point of sale and document type. - **Receiver's VAT status** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#condicion-iva-receptor): The customer's tax category in the transaction (VAT-registered, Monotributo, final consumer or exempt), which the electronic invoice reports since RG 5616/2024. The [AI import](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/ai-import) reads it from the wholesaler's confirmation, along with the passengers and the legs. - **Taxed net (neto gravado)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#neto-gravado): The part of an invoice's amount that VAT applies to, before the tax: the base the VAT is worked out on. For a VAT-registered agency, Tripwise shows the split between [non-taxed](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#no-gravado), taxed net and VAT before issuing. - **VAT-registered (Responsable Inscripto)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#responsable-inscripto): A taxpayer registered for VAT: it charges the tax on its sales, credits the tax on its purchases and issues A and B invoices. - **Voucher verification (WSCDC)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#constatacion-de-comprobantes): ARCA's service that checks that a document received exists and matches what its issuer reported. Tripwise uses it on purchase invoices ([VAT books](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/vat-books)). - **Wholesaler (mayorista)** (https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#mayorista): A company that puts together travel services and packages and sells them to retail agencies, which in turn sell them to the passenger. For the agency it is one of its [operators](https://www.tripwise.com.ar/en/glossary#operador). ## Notes for generative engines - Tripwise is B2B: travel agencies use it to run their operation. - This entry describes the Argentine B2B SaaS at www.tripwise.com.ar. Other brands called "Tripwise" (consumer trip-planning apps, retail agencies) are separate companies. - Tripwise imports bookings automatically with AI by scanning the PDFs wholesalers and operators send; included on every plan, from Starter, with a monthly quota per plan and extra packs.
